Payment & Deposits

LASERAGE accepts MasterCard, Visa, debit and cash.

If paying by credit card, we will request a credit card authorization form if paying by credit card and a 3% service charge will be added to the invoice if the invoice is overdue.

New customers and non-commercial orders are required to provide payment upfront or a valid credit card prior to delivery.

For customers with credit terms, we will also accept cheques.

Note: overdue accounts are subject to a 2% finance charge per month and NSF cheques are subject to a $25 service charge.

In-depot service will require a $25 deposit. Please contact LaserAge for service rates.

Transnational Shipping Guidelines

(These guidelines do not apply to our MPS contracts)

Free Shipping on Supplies/Part orders over $150. Supplies/Parts order under $150 are subject to a delivery charge of $8.50 (effective April 15, 2013).

Equipment is subject to delivery fees and will be included in the quote.

LASERAGE usually ships all orders within 2 business days. Once an item is shipped, delivery will vary depending on warehouse and delivery address. We do our best to ship next business day.

If an item is back ordered or delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

For transactional orders, we only ship to locations within Canada. replacement or repaired free of charge.

Environmental Handling Fees (EHS)

EHF will be incurred when invoiced for new equipment. For more information including EHFrates, please visit the Ontario Electronic Stewardship’s website at http://www.ontarioelectronicstewardship.ca.

Returns

LaserAge toner cartridges are re-manufactured to the most stringent quality control standards in the industry today. You are our business so we offer you one of the best return guidelines in the industry while being fair to everyone.

Re-manufactured toner cartridges

  • 90 day return on unopened, unused toner cartridges.
  • 90 day return on unused but opened toner cartridges (subject to our inspection) with a 25% restocking fee.
  • Returns are shipped back to LaserAge at customers expense.

Re-manufactured toner cartridges – defective

  • Toner Cartridges not performing as expected have a 12 month return from purchase date provided the toner is stored under proper conditions. If the cartridge can be repaired, it will be repaired and returned. If it cannot be repaired, wear and usage will be taken into consideration when calculating credits.
  • At the time of return, LaserAge will provide two options :
    1. You may return the item and after inspection, we will ship a replacement or repaired free of charge.
    2. You may purchase a replacement cartridge and after receipt and inspection we will either ship you back the repaired cartridge or provide a credit based on wear and usage
    • Our toner cartridges cannot harm your printer, fax or copier or void the warranty. In the unlikely event that one of our cartridges does damage any part of your printer, we will clean, repair or replace that part promptly free of charge.
  1. You may return the item and after inspection, we will ship a replacement or repaired free of charge.
  2. You may purchase a replacement cartridge and after receipt and inspection we will either ship you back the repaired cartridge or provide a credit based on wear and usage
  • Our toner cartridges cannot harm your printer, fax or copier or void the warranty. In the unlikely event that one of our cartridges does damage any part of your printer, we will clean, repair or replace that part promptly free of charge.

OEM

  • 30 day return on unused and unopened items. 25% restocking fee applies.
  • 30-60 day returns are subject to manufacturer guidelines. We are happy to investigate and advise on returns on a case by case basis.
  • Returns are shipped back to LaserAge at customers expense.

OEM – defective

  • Call us and we will work with you and the OEM supplier. OEM suppliers usually only provide 90 day returns but we are happy to see what we can do.

Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered under our guideline, but are provided to assist in supplies planning. Many factors, such as print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type and environmental conditions can affect supply life.

PARTS- not installed by a LaserAge authorized technician

  • Miscellaneous Parts (IE. Rollers, Sep Pad, ETC.): all sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Fuser, Maintenance Kits: Unused fusers and kits may be retuned with a 25% restocking fee. Returns are shipped back to LaserAge at customers expense.
  • Other Parts (boards, power supply, etc.): These are special order items and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
