Return Guidelines

LASERAGE toner cartridges are re-manufactured manufactured in house or supplied from premium North American Re-manfactuers.  We expect the highest quality from the re-manufactured cartrdiges we sell to you.  With you and your business in mind, we offer you one of the best return guidelines in the industry while being fair to everyone.

Re-manufactured toner cartridges

  • 90 day return on unopened, unused toner cartridges purchased from LaserAge.
  • 90 day return on unused but opened toner cartridges purchased from LaserAge (subject to our inspection) with a 15% restocking
    fee.

Re-manufactured toner cartridges – defective

  • Toner Cartridges purchased from LaserAge, that are not performing as expected have a 12 month return from purchase date provided the toner is stored under proper conditions. If the cartridge can be repaired, it will be repaired and returned. If it cannot be repaired, wear and usage will be taken into consideration when calculating credits.
  • At the time of return, LaserAge will provide two options:

1. You may return the item and after inspection, we will ship a replacement or repaired free of charge.

2. You may purchase a replacement cartridge and after receipt and inspection we will either ship you back the repaired cartridge or provide a credit based on wear and usage.

  • Our toner cartridges cannot harm your printer, fax or copier or void the warranty. In the unlikely event that one of our cartridges does damage any part of your printer, we will clean, repair or replace that part promptly free of charge.

OEM

  • 60 day return on unused and unopened items purchased from LaserAge. 15% restocking fee applies.

OEM - defective

  • Call us and we will work with you and the OEM supplier. OEM supplier usually only provide 90 day returns but we are happy to see what we can do.
Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered under our guideline, but are provided to assist in supplies planning. Many factors, such as print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type and environmental conditions can affect supply life.
