Repairs

We understand that when your machine is down, you need fast, dependable service from experienced technicians.

We offer:

• Onsite service - the technician will come to your office
• In depot - Drop the machine off at our repair facility and the technician will repair. In depot service tends to be slower but you save a bit of money.

Installations

• Just purchased a new machine or moving locations? Our technicians can help you install the machine, ensure it is set up correctly and provide some training. Talk about peace of mind.

Cleaning & Tune ups

• Tune ups involve the removal of the printers paper path assemblies, a thorough cleaning and lubrication of bearings, gears and rollers. Finally it includes a precision adjustment during re-installation of parts.
