LaserAge accepts etransfers, cheques, MasterCard and Visa.
Invoices are issued once delivery is confirmed. If there are any questions or issues with delivery, contact LaserAge within 48 business hours of receving your invoice. Otherwise, we consider the items delivered.
Credit card options are available to encourage payment before due. A 3% service charge will be added to the invoice if the invoice is paid by credit card and the invoice is overdue.
New customers and non-commercial orders are required to provide payment upfront or a valid credit card prior to delivery.
For customers with credit terms, we will also accept cheques.
Note: NSF cheques are subject to a $25 service charge.
All our sales are considered final, except in the conditions outlined below. As such ALL CREDITS are on account. We do not issue refunds. Credits can be applied to future orders.

Free Shipping on most Supplies/Part orders over $150. Supplies/Parts order under $150 are subject to a delivery charge of $8.50 (effective April 15, 2013).
Equipment and special orders are subject to delivery fees and will be included in the quote.
In stock product is usually ordered direct from the supplier the same day. Once an item is shipped, delivery will vary depending on the supplier, shipper and the delivery address. We do our best to work with suppliers so you receive your order within 48-72 hours.
If an item is back ordered or delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
For transactional orders, we only ship to locations within Canada.

Our Service fees are based on a one-hour minium for laser printers. For all ink based printers and large format machines, our miniums are two hours.
Travel fees may be charged, we will advise of any travel fees at the time of quote.
Service recalls: if your service ticket is completed and you continue to experience the same issue, contact us within 5 business days of the service call. A recall after 5 business days will be assumed to be a new and chargeable printer ticket.

LaserAge offers three types of toner cartridges. The purchase and return guidelines for each are as follows:
OEM: Orginal Equipment Manufactured. These are brand-name toner.
OEM – Defective
Re-manufactured Toner Cartridges: Re-manufactured toner cartridges sold by LaserAge are built to the most stringent quality control standards in the industry today. These cartridges are rebuilt from the OEM and used parts replaced.
Re-manufactured toner cartridges – defective
New Compatible Toner Cartridges: Are toner cartridges replicated from scratch and are SIMILAR to a no-name brand of toner.

Note: Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered under our guideline, but are provided to assist in supplies planning. Many factors, such as print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type, and environmental conditions, can affect supply life.
